Beautifully eclectic, French 19th Century Napoleon III Etagere. 
Ebonized legs, three tiers decorated with intricate painted tumbling block marquetry, pierced brass 
galleries/finials to top tier. The two front finials have the very tips missing (see photo) but otherwise this is in good antique condition with perfect patination to the brass gallery.
