Solid teak Asian coffee/dining table  and seating from Indonesia c.1960s. The original owner of this beautiful dining set can recall sitting as a child with her father who was based with HM Forces Indonesia during the mid 1960s. We have left the table top natural (but waterproofed) to highlight the carved decorative border and exquisite graining of the teak. The remaining teak has been oiled. The glass protective table top has light scratches consistent with age. The two decoratively carved low level seats are raised upon black/laquered tapered legs and the cushioned seats have been reupholstered in an Asian themed  Omega print by Linwood. This rich toile with a tropical feel is printed on a luxuriously soft velvet. This piece would make great dining seating for children as well as adults....perfect for space compromised dwellings! Altogether in very good restored condition....a very charming and original piece.
