Stunning single antique William IV solid rosewood chairs c.1830-1850. Traditionally reupholstered in a stunning Willism Morris velvet called Tulip & Jasmine. Exquisite rosewood graining detail to the saddle/compressed balloon back upper rail. Hand carved foliate centre splat, tulip  turned front legs, out swept sabre shaped back legs. The chair is in a very solid condition with some evidence of acceptable knocks/dinks to legs but otherwise in totally sound condition throughout. The finish is flat and waxed which compliments the fabric beautifully.
